Carlos Durán Sanatorium

The Carlos Duran Sanatorium is a historic landmark located in the hills just outside Turrialba. Built in the early 20th century, this beautiful building was originally a tuberculosis sanatorium, and has since been repurposed as a cultural center and museum.
